Hi there,
I have recently moved to a newly built house. There is wall socket for ethernet cable and telephone cable installed so that means the internet infrastructure is present . I signed up for the service but when it came to the installation process I received an email which says "Telstra, our third-party wholesaler, has informed us that there is currently no cabling infrastructure at your address. I really did not understand as there is wiring and other stuffs done. Please advice.
