I ordered your Home Bundle L on the 7th of April (Plan ID 4044519).

I haven't heard anything so I called your support on the 1st of May to get told that the Installation will be finished within the next 24 to 48 hours.

After 20 working days waiting the Installation still is not finished and to get in touch with your support is a nightmare.
That is simply not good enough.
