Hi I had an appointment today to get my internet connected between 8am and 12 noon as tpg specified in an email. I took the day off work so i could be home to meet the technician during these hours. It is now after 9pm and have had no contact what so ever from tpg about what has happened!. As of tommorow it is easter long weekend and now im afraid i will not get my internet connected for at least another week! I have sacrificed a whole days wages to meet you and probably now have to buy a lot of data to compensate these days until my internet is connected! Please someone let me know what is happening! ?
