Loss of connection

Level 1a
Loss connection to internet, checked if there was any outages (TPG and NBN) in the area and there wasn't any. Checked my connection on the NBN website and it stated my address wasn't connected to the NBN network. I have reset the NBN modem and the router to no effect. Please help.

Hi @Collo20 

    You old provider just disconnected service to your house, that's why the internet went down,

TPG NBN will be activated within 48 hours. 

Please keep your router connect to NBN box
