NBN installation person not showed up

I have appointment today for NBN installation at my new address that we just moved in. I got a message after filling out the form online saying that a person has to be home during the appointment. We waited but no one came.

Another thing is that I have moved to a new house and I want to cancel my NBN in my old address. Do I need to cancel it or will that be automatically cancelled once the NBN at the new address become active?
