Need someone to complete the NBN Installation ASAP

I was try many many times to contact the tpg but no one responds, so can u please take an action ASAP.

same, i cannot believe so many people are still waiting. try to contact them online, waited 4-5 hours, staff closed the chat when it's my turn, how nice TPG, now it's impossible to get in touch with them.

We did an article that you may find helpful,  this will guide you on how to track your NBN service installation. How to track your TPG service installation

 

Once the NBN service installation is complete you may proceed on setting up the equipment or the modem/router. You may check this guide.

Hi Samir,

 

same here. I'm waiting for a technician that never arrives in my premises and still have no dial-tone and adsl service.

 

I have paid $180 moving fee and continuing fee. Unbelievable.

Hi  @babihutan1, we can see that a TPG technician went our and fixed the issue. We have checked the status of your connection and it shows up and running now.
