New Customer Installation

I just got a text message from TPG.

TPG: installation set for 2018-02-08, 1pm - 6pm. No need to be at home for the job. Reply YES to confirm or NO & we'll call.


I replied 'Yes' 


I'm moving to this property only on 8th February. I haven't even got the keys yet. 

Question is, I also ordered the router and paid a sum of $289. How do I get the router & when will I get it?
