New NBN user can’t connect to the internet

I have received a NBN connection box and internet modern several days ago. I complete all the NBN HFC connection. But the internet light which in the front of white modern is still not turn on. And the two lights in the black connection box keep flashing. Please help!

For new services, we recommend customers to check if their service has been installed and activated.
