My due date for phone installation was 22-Apr-2020.
I am still awaited updates on this. The installation tracker is very vague and needs lot of improments.

Got a call and they have pushed the phone installation date to next wednesday. I am sure there are ways to contact the vendor, but the kind of accountabiity is been shown; it needs be more customer centric and resolution focused.
