Hi Team, 

My due date for phone installation was 22-Apr-2020.

I am still awaited updates on this. The installation tracker is very vague and needs lot of improments.

 

could you pease provide clear updates to customer. I am just starting with you and an experience has been felt.

I am really looking to have internet this week.

Got a call and they have pushed the phone installation date to next wednesday. I am sure there are ways to contact the vendor, but the kind of accountabiity is been shown; it needs be more customer centric and resolution focused.
