Termination of my service

I have canceled my service with tpg due to really bad technical support during my moving home. My initial lock in contract period of 18 months had long expired, however I have received a bill for early termination of my contract for $330. I don't understand why I am charged when in T&C is stated that after the contract period I will be billed month per month.
