Hi All,
Ref ticket #10391563 .We have had no ADSL connection for over 6 weeks due to a Telstra outage in the area which for some reason could not be fixed. Happened to coincide with planned switch to NBN. Booked NBN installation - cant be completed due to an NBN "Core Network Shortfall" ??? which wont be fixed for several weeks! We are trying to organise for Telstra to come and fix the ADSL line but I have been online for over 5 hours today to TPG trying to sort this out - each operator transfers me to another department and I get cut off. Can someone please help?
