No internet green light no service

Hi,

Our white modem shows the green light for power green as well as the WLAN, but the Internet isn't green. I have checked for Outages using our address, it says there aren't any. I have restarted the modem several times and it doesn't work. Please can you give us a solution, or tell us what steps to take to fix it?

The black NBN modem lights are all green.

We'd like to confirm the type of service you have and of course, assist with the connection issue.
