Thanks for the update Shane.
My partner and I both work from home so this is becoming a major issue for us. Can see on the telstra reports our closest exchange is full but the second closest has over 200 vacant ports. Can we not connect to that exchange to save the drama?
Thank you

Hi @allanahjames,

The infrastructure has been pre-planned by Telstra before the roll out of the ADSL2+ connection.

Regrettably, we do not have control on which Exchange you'll be connected to.

Yes i understand that... however is seems inflexible and ridiculous to me considering there is only 6 more months until NBN is rolled out.

The alterative is that we are unable to have the internet.... in Melbourne in 2018. That's even more ridiculous.

No Vacant Pair Available means that there is no Telstra cabling available on your house.

Please understand that this technical limitation is out of our control. Nonetheless, we continue to work on it and we look forward to getting you connected.
