No wifi connection.

I need help. I've been trying to setup an AC1600 modem as a new replacement for a faulty old modem. I followed the instructions on the manual. Bit when i tried to connect to wifi it says my modem is being configured. After 30 mins the same message still pops up. So I rebooted the modem but it still not working. What do I do next?

I am not a very techie person but managed to connect the first one by myself. Hope someone can show me how.
