NBN Internet Problems

Modem arrived for nbn, the online light on nbn black connector modem does not light up and our internet does not work.

Have called technical support and waiting for 3 hours and nothing.

Are you upgrading from ADSL?

If the ADSL is still working, the NBN work may still be in progress. You can continue with ADSL. There should be a message from TPG when NBN is ready.

Level 2
We have just moved to a new house and TPG said it is NBN ready, as did the previous owner.

I require it for work, so can someone from TPG contact me directly?
