Password trouble

So earlier today we discovered our neighbours had been using our wifi 😡 So we changed our password and it said that it had been successfully changed but now I can't connect my phone or any of our devices to the wifi! I can log in and out of my account with the new password but the new password isn't working for the wifi connection. The old password isn't working either.
