Hi, thanks its all working now as I had plugged in the phone into the wall filter/socket. I have now followed your setup instructions correctly. Thank you

We've created an article that will guide you on the correct setup for your NBN FTTC service. You may check NBN Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) Setup Guide.

 

Make sure that the handset is connected to the correct phone port to your NBN TP-Link modem.
