Please Urgent Help

I placed an order online on 16th of March and $280 already been deducted at the time of order. Attempted several times for calls and then online chat. 13 days passed and still no progress for installation. I am so so so disappointed that I am gonna lose my job if I dont have wifi at home means not able to work from home and these TOG people so slefish and careless they have earned $280 already but not processing my order any further. I just want to cry about how I am feeling that I cant go to another network now as I have already soent too much money at the time of order. And with covid 19 if I dont have wifi by next week I am done .. no job.
