I need to know when the TPG Technician will be bringing the new ADSL modem to connect and setup.
I am a disabled pensioner and am unable to access the modem.
Please call and inform me when a technician, so that my nurse can show where mobile is. Unfortunately she can't help us.
I look forward to hearing back from you soon. The TELSTRA Technician came and told me the phone line connections are perfect and already to go. Yet, I just need a new modem installed and programmed.
