I have not had a landline for 4 weeks. My new router doesn't work and I have very old and sick in-laws to look after as well as 2 boys with complex medical problems. Please could I speak to someone? I have tried everything I have read on your website, scrolled through all these comments and asked around but nothing helps. Please can I talk to someone?
