Poor internet connection

I moved in to a new house 2 months ago and applied for tpg adsl2+ with the 18 month contract at the same time. I recently paid for my first month and sadly its like paying amd wasting my money for something i dont even use. Everyone at home uses our data because literally no one can get a proper internet connection from our wifi. I tried calling before and they asked me to get a net extender, it might be because theres a lot of wifi around ouf house or because our house is made up of thick walls. Why should i waste another hundred but for a net extender when i expect you to fulfill your promise of fast internet connection.
