New user trying to set up the system. My nbn attachment in my house had an attachment that the cords I received from yourselves. I need a technician to change the attachment or more information on how to fix this.

FTTP and HFC need special connection installed in house. FTTC, FTTN and FTTB use the phone wall socket. Here is some info for setup.
