HI, I need to update my address on myaccount online but when I do so, it comes back to the old address. How can I do it?

NO. I already moved to a new address last April but my address in myaccount is still the old one. I don't know why. Just need to updated it.
Hi @murilo81, please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address (new and old) so we can pull up the account and look into this.
