To all of you who have been lied to about the instalation times, I strongly advise contacting the telecommunications ombudsman as it is because your voices havent been herd that every new customer that TPG signs up suffers. The link is below if you have the spine to voice your mistreatment.
Every time you make a complaint the more presure TPG will have not to lie to its new customers as they have lied to me.

Thanks for reaching out. I would love to help and see what happened on this. To better understand the situation. I went ahead tried to pull up your account using your Community ID and I got a match.
