Waited all day yesterday for the scheduled NBN TPG installation but no one showed up. There was no communication with me at all. I have waited almost a month now and cannot afford to hang around at home day after day, waiting, just in case they show up. Is there a number or person I can contact to rectify this shocking lack of service and communication?
