worst installation service

So join TPG on 12/08/2019

Get the standard email "Congratulations, connection complete....blahblah"

paid $179.

Get installation time frame and date: 20th august 2019

Nothing done on that day.

Call 'customer service', a technician will be out in the next few days. We will let you know.

Call again on next day.

"shortage of technician"

calling since 20th.

i could not find my solution.

now i am tried with TPG.

if TPG is ready to install internet by 3rd sep 2019 then i will go for it. otherwise i want to cancell it and i want my refund as well.

this is the worst service that i recieved ever.
