Hi, I am a long time customer with TPG. I was away from Australia for a while and was delighted with the $1 PAYG plan that was offered the last time. I have recently went back to Australia for a visit and had upgraded my plan only to return to find out that the $1 plan is no longer available. Is there any way I can get back to it again?
Hi Jhoey, thank you for getting back to me so soon. The $10 plan will suit me too. However, when i tried to switch plan, it doesnt allow me to do so. Please advice on how to change plan to start on the 28th September?
