It seems for having no NBN service for 51days from the switch over from my old adsl service. Now I have to wait 120 days billing adjustment to be approved. Customer service TPG your just an ar++hole when it comes to every thing I've had to deal over no NBN service fron the 7th March 2019 to date.

We've run some test and the NBN connection seems to be working.
