2021 invoices

I need access to my  mobile phone invoices from April 2021 to November 2021 included. They are not under My account on the tpg website. Please help me locate those.

If you are getting a different interface than what's in the article, try using your mobile number when logging in.

Using your method, the oldest invoice I get is December 2021. I need April 2021 to November 2021.

Please advise. I am seriously thinking of escalading this to the Ombudsman as I made this request in several different ways and I am still not getting an explanation for the high spend shown under my roaming downpayment.
