TPG online customer service
I requested a refund of mobile data charge on Arpil.
TPG billing customer service said the refund had been approved but was pending for finance dept to proceed.
Haven't heard anything since then. Now TPG phone sevices are harder to get through. Try if my request be responded quicker here.
You should be able to find the deatils under my account.
