Hi,
I am a long time TPG customer and recently set up a new account at my new address. I have been charged a $99 late rejection of direct debit request? What is this and why have I been charged this?
I believe i incorrectly inputted my BSB, placing a '2' instead of a '1'. I understand the $10 invalid BSB fee but don't understand this $99 fee? Can you please explain why? I can't afford this in the current climate.
