Abusive service

I'm seeing a lot of comments here about the problem with canceling the NBN server. I already called and sent email and I can see that the account is still active. I want this service to stop now. I don't have a contract and I don't need it anymore. If I get charge again for this I will take it to court. This is already going beyond the limits, you are forcing the consumer to have a service from you. This is called abuse. The TPG create a lot of unanswered paths always jostling from one department to another. This service has to be canceled now!
