Access post office on an old account

Hi,

I have a recently deactivated TPG account and I would like to access it as there are some third parties requiring me to have access to my old email address before they will allow updates. I have been able to log into my old account but cannot access the post office. When I attempt to log into the post office, I do not get an error message, but the page refreshes and lands back to the post office's log in page.

Is it possible to access this?

Hi @Tess12

Once the account is terminated, then the free Email account will be deactivated.

The deactivated account cannot be reactivated, unless you'll try to apply for an email only account.

But we still can't guarantee that it will be successful as it will depend on how long has it been inactive.

@BasilDV Is it possible to see if the old email account can be reactivated if I apply for an email only account?
