Hi, the issues has reoccurred for the same emaila account so cannot send emails through SMTP again. Can someone please reset.

Hi @rub92me, our Postmaster would like to know if you're using a VPN or a different connection other than TPG.

Hi, yes occasionally use VPN for certain Japanese content so it is possible that I tried to send email before disconnecting VPN.
