I am able to log into my home NBN account without any issues. However, I also have two mobile accounts that I would like to monitor and access. Only one is visible and states "moved to novus".
Tried logging into the new portal with the respective phone numbers to no avail. Need access to all three accounts and don't understand why this is so difficult.
Neither of my mobile accounts are accessible.
Any help from TPG would be appreciated.
