I responded to your initial post located here. If the admin/admin did not work it means a different username and admin password has been set, you have the option to perform a factory reset so you can access the admin page of the modem.

How do I access m modem? I have tried my username and password. Didn't work. Tried admin/admin, didn't work. Trying to get through to TPG support, but I either get hung up on after waiting for ages (currently 1.29 hrs) or when I ask for a call back and tyhey call back, I can't hear anything.
So far, I have a pretty poor opinion of the TPG experience.
