Accessing invoices prior to January 2022

Hi

I require a copy of my mobile plan invoices from July 2021 to December 2021, prior to the new account portal update. I cannot access these on the current account portal.

Better yet, is there a way to have a annual invoice statement reflecting for the previous financial year for tax purposes?

You may send a private message with the customer ID or username of the accounts where you wish to get the required tax invoices. Also, you may log in to your TPG My Account using your mobile number as the username and download the invoices in PDF.

How do I private message (PM) in the community?
