Account Barred but Paid for

Hi,

 

I received a text on the 5/03 saying that my account had been barred due to insufficient prepaid balance. When I logged on to my account to rectify this, my TPG account showed that money had been deducted on the 4/03 (this was also reflected in my bank account). Since it can take a few days for money to clear, I wasn't worried and thought I'd leave it. But I still don't have any mobile data available on my phone and it's been 6 days since I paid for it.

 

Is there something I have to do manually to unbar my account? 

Any help which can be offered would be greatly appreciated!
