Account Cancellation Status

Hi there,

 

Would you able to check my cancellation status?

My Customer ID:XXXXXXX

 

So far I have:

 - Filled out the form

 - Called TPG Support

 - TPG Support told me, they have sent email to verify. (I checked my inbox, spam, junk, but could not find this email)

 - They told me to send email  (so I did that last week)

 

I'm just following up here because I think when TPG send me an email, it get lost somewhere.

We've checked the account and can confirm that your request is in progress.

Please refer to the Email that was sent to you last 9 October 2020 for the cancellation date.

Thank you for the update.

However, I did not receive any email from TPG during the last few month.

I have checked my inbox, spam box, junk box, everywhere.

 

I have updated my email address to my gmail account.

Would you able to send it again or forward the email to my new updated address?

Please confirm the e-mail address on file to ensure we have the correct details and we can request to re-send the email confirmation to proceed with the cancellation.
