I need my account to be cancelled! Contacted TPG chat (becuase phone support is no longer available) three times on the 25/03, then told they will transfer me to their accounts team...I waited 2+ hours with no response or connection to another agent. It said they just closed my chat...
I don't know what's going on with TPG support, but my god! this customer support is looking more atrocious than a dog's breakfast.
