I need to cancel my account with TPG as I will be moving to another home that already has an existing internet.
I need my account cancelled as soon ASAP. I don't want to continue paying for a service that I will no longer use. I am not in a contract so I expect it shouldn't be hard to cancel my account.
I have been trying to get assistance via your chat channel, but after getting my details and telling me they will transfer me to the cacellations team, your support team always leave me hanging.
