I see that a majority of posts on here relates to the time it takes to cancel an account, so I want to get in front of this before it gets out of hand.
I filled in a cancellation form online on the 7th April and have received the automated email saying you have acknowledged my request and a customer service staff will be in contact in 2 business days.
Accounting for Easter, its now 7 business days and I still have not been contacted.
The email also says I will be billed for next 30 days, if I do not get a response within these 30 days, I will be taking his matter further.
My Customer ID is 3265290.
