Please action on Moving Home request - FTTH to FTTC

Level 2

Emailed customer service and relocation emails last week and have no response. My lease at the old property has already ended today and need to immediately connect at my new residence. 

I've tried calling customer service and been waiting for hours with no answer.


PS. Chatting with cs which is useless for moving. Please say immediately on the home page that your chat cs cannot do anything for moving home. I wasted more than an hour waiting in the queue to only find that they can do nothing for my request.

App is useless. I cannot login with the same credentials that work on My Account. 

I also cannot use My Account online as it tells me that there are some details that TPG requires so I need to call.
