Cancel my service

Level 1

I have tried ringing but due to the Covid19 outbreak I cannot get through. I have tried online chat but that too takes too long to be connected to a person. I have also sent emails to cancel the service but the only email I have received in return is to tell me that the debit from my card was unsuccessful. I had to cancel my card as that was the only way to stop the debit. The service is no longer required. Please cancel it.
