Account Expired

Hi there,

 

My mobile is no longer working - when I try and call it tells me my account is expired. I recently changed my billing details in the account because I got a new card and a payment hadn't gone through. When I log in to my account and try to make the payment that appears to be pending it says 'An existing payment transaction is in progress.' I can see the money has already come out of my account though!

 

Would really appreciate some help.

Hi @phoebeisabel, if you're using direct debit as your payment method, it will take 3-4 business days to be posted.
