Hi,
I've gone to make an outgoing call and I have an automated message pop up from TPG saying that my account has expired and to call the customer service team. I've been hold for about 40 minutes in total.
Initially a couple of weeks ago my card had been declined because I got a new one and forgot to update the details. Which I then quickly did. In my account it says I have no outstanding payments so I am unsure as to why my account is expired? I need this resolved ASAP. Thanks.
