Account Login "Broken"

Hi,

Trying to login into account to setup this ridiculous email transfer - not happy!!

Account Login appears to be broken.

Comes up with:-

Oops!

Sorry, the mobile number on your account is missing or invalid. Please call us on 13 14 23 for assistance.

Have tried calling suipport line. No answer - just drops out after about 30min.

Help needed!!

Hi @AnthonyS . Go to the Post Office login screen, click the link Learn more about this change.

Then, click Transfer to go to the registration process.

Tried registering the alias addresses as well and appeared to work.
