Hey hey. My account seems to have been disabled, my debit card expired and I updated the payment method but it says I have no outstanding payment and everything looks paid. I can't pay any money through the account section because of this, and the mobile app says my service is not valid and I can't sign in. I can't call to fix it either because my mobile account is disabled. Help!
Actually I just discovered there is a different page when I click on the 'Click here to manage your other services' button. This has my outstanding amount, but is tied to my old payment method and I can't update it in here, there doesn't seem to be any option on any of the pages. Double help!
