I have forgotten my account password so when I try to log in to recharge my mobile service I follow the prompts to reset my password but I hit a road block when it wants to send a code to a number I no longer have access to anymore so I cannot get the code.
I am unable to call customer service as I previously stated I have no credit.
Can anyone from tpg assist me in getting access in to my account?

If you have an existing TPG mobile service, you can use it to call our support hotline at 13 14 23.

Monday - Friday: 8am - 9pm

Weekends & Public Holidays: 9am - 9pm
