Account transfer not done, credits in old account not applied

Hi there, when I joined my current TPG connection I requested to join using my old TPG account (username: xxxxx) as there was still credits in the account after I disconnected a connection last year.

 

However, this was not done and I was given a new account (username: xxxx). As the result the credits I had in the old account was not applied to my new account.

 

Could you please help with this?

I was able to locate the account using the given details, I will raise this to our Account Specialists Team and have them contact you. Shoot me a private message with your best contact number and preferred time tomrorow.
